Progress On My 77 B

Since I've had my 77 MGB for almost a year now I suppose its time to bring everyone up to date on the status of my "work in progress."

Starting with the front of the car I have cleaned, and or replaced the following items:

T-stat and gasket
Radiator hoses and coolant
Heater Valve
W-shield washer pump
Rebuit ZS carb and choke
K&N air filter
valve cover gasket
Side cover gaskets
Oil pan gasket
Motor mounts
Exhaust/Intake gasket
Pedal box gasket
Rebuilt Master Cylinder
Red Poly suspension bushings
Red Poly cross member pads
Steering rack boots and Tie Rod ends
Wish bone arms
Upper and lower trunnion bolts
Caliper flex hoses
New brake rotors
Brake pads, pins and hold downs
Repack wheel bearings
wheels and lug nuts


Moving on to the back of the car:

Replacement fuel tank and mounting kit
New sending unit
New Brake shoes
All new springs and hold downs in brake drums
New flex line to rear axle
Differential cover gasket
Drain and refill transmission
New universal joints
New exhaust system
New exhaust hangers
Wheels and lug nuts


Interior of the car:

New shift boot
New shift knob
Seat covers
Half tonneau
New battery
New battery ground cable
New window cranks
New radio speakers
New hood release cable
New signal flashers

Exterior of car

New halogen headlamps
Nose bra
New top
Side marker and taillamp gaskets
Taillamp bulbs
Reverse light lenses and lamps
Tires

This is a list of my progress to date. Pictures will follow soon as highway time rapidly approaches. If anyone knows anything I've over looked before I make my first road trip please feel free to let me know.
