Last shock arrived from PeterC today, installed.

Got the rear Radius Arms back from the machine shop yesterday so finished the rear suspension this morning.

Ordered a real Sprite Flash for the rear deck this morning the one with the raised part on the golden arrow.

All done till parts I ordered through Tony yesterday get here. Can't find a thing to do. Oh forgot got some vacumeing to do in the hidden spots. Guess I could double check the carbs as well. Oh well, something to mess with.

Boy was it nice working on the rear suspension with everything clean and fresh including the nuts and bolts. No way to get anything messy on you. There is no mess, hehe.

Does double check the carbs mean another round of polishing?

Now Pat. I was going to check the pots for free action. and adjust the needle for the first crank. They are stored in zip lock bags so should be fine.

I am just kidding you, may want to also check the jets with a caliper and make sure they are even.

All that inside stuff is new Pat. I just need something to do so thought I would check the carbs so I feel they are ready to bolt on. Tis a good idea to check them though, I did.
 
At least your making progress. The guy doign mine promised me over a month ago the body would be primed by now. It's been sitting in his lot covered with no work for a month. On top of that he's not returning my phone calls and I see him taking in new cars all of the time. Now he has both my 68 Pony and my 79 Midget and quite a bit of cash. I'm gettign $%^&@@ **** off and i think the sparks may have ot fly soon. Tomorrow I am going over there and this could be quite a show. Any of you NJ'ers in the area probably knwo what I mean by a typical NJ riot act reading!! ARGH!!!
