Progress and a question

Had a productive weekend. Found time to pressure was some parts that were still dirty from when I stripped the car. This brings up the question.

What paint do you guys use when refinishing the black parts. In particular the suspension pieces.

Also had time for a birthday party for my 1yr old daughter. Unfortunatly she didn't get any bugeye parts from any friend s or family /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
 
right now i am using moss black engine paint. it's seems to be working but i am worried about durability. in some cases i am looking to powder coat certain parts but you're limited to what you can powder coat.
 
i would think that's the way to go. i don't have that option right now so i am dependent on spray cans.
 
RustOlum rattle cans.
 
I used high temp black rattlers. They seemed to give the most consistent results for me.
 
Most times on my own cars I've used the rattle-can Rustoleum Pro Grade or their "Bar-B-Que" black. If it's a true restoration (particularly for a client) the bits would get dipped/stripped, epoxy primer'd and polyurethane finished in the appropriate colors.
 
did my brakes in the 500 degree dupont engine paint....they look sweet /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif .....z
