Fly wheel, new ring gear and resurfacec. I provided the ring gear, labor $49.

Fair price, my machine shop was a little more expensive @ $79.00, but of course they are a bit more specialized. So I paid the price on the less complex work.
 
Is good to have flywheel and clutch on little engine. Now I can turn it over with a pry bar to adjust the valves and such.
