Gentlemen,
Here is my story. My car won't start.
Turn the key..... & nothing, no click, click, click, nothing. So I think......dead battery, I put the charger on and then I do what the tough do when the going gets tough....I take a nap.
After my nap I begin to think, well at least to the best of my abilities, Hey, I drove the car yesterday, all systems go. Earlier in the day I was in the garage with my 17 month old grandson who was repeatedly checking the operation of the horn, much to my repeated surprise. Ahhh, so I check the horn...nothing. I checked the voltage on the battery....just north of 12 volts. No horns, no lights (with ignition switch on), no wipers, no click, click click, no start!!
Check fuses.... All good (well two anyway).
Other random information:
Installed new battery cut off switch couple of months ago,
Car is negative ground, electronic ignition, with alternator.
Any thoughts?
