clean, running, needs nothing much MGC roadster?
[/ QUOTE ]
But since only a little over 4,000 came to North America, finding one might be harder than just a price. I've a '68 roadster & a '69 GT and have only had 1 MGC parts car...great ones just aren't out there readily...they've already been scarffed up by guys who'll hang onto them forever....the ones on the market beg the old caveat "buyer beware"
I'm currently repainting my 69 CGT(rolled into my paint booth last nite) Have owned it 21 years, been in New Mexico most of its life so its preety clean. Also have a new interior..got the new carpet set, all the window and door seals etc. Hope to have it finished in exactly one week for a British car days show in Las Cruces New Mexico. Only problem is thay say I won't be able to be jdged as I'll be the only C there. Bummer but at least folks will be able to look at it. By the way..I wouldn't take less than 10k for it. Jack
Nowhere near worth what he's asking! The '69 stuff is all off the car & the MGC brake boosters (Say "expensive") are missing or not working...somebody's done a lot of shabby rust repairs & there's no telling what's hidden under than new paint
I have a friend just South of Daytona trying to sell a 70 C and B for $1200. They are both major projects and I've only got a couple pics. Here is the engine of the C.
Rick
that's what I though.... then I though, maybe I'm not seeing the picture right... then I thought, I'll let someone else say something /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
