as someone who works in IT I can say that we all NEVER EVER utter words like that. Some knucklehead will say something like "hey - the server really is running great! I think we finally got all the kinks worked out" and BAM... I'm on the phone at 2:30 am on a saturday night with the WAY TOO PERKY graveyard operator.
