Newkie, I once saw a car that was painted with wall, gloss latex and applied with a brush and roller ($25 paint job). It looked very good at 200 Meters. If you want to save money go to Home Depot. ? ? You don't want to try to save money on paint for a car that you will be proud of for the next 10-30 years.
Go with the best paint you can get even if it costs an extra $200. After it't painted you don't want to tell people that you should have done, but you saved $ $.
Bottom Line - - You will have to live with.

Ricky, my bodyman, mixed up some Ditzler & some R&M - both to the same color - & put them both on a stick of aluminum......after they dried, there was no difference & I coudn't even find the line where one started & the other stopped....& R&M was less expensive!
