A man was suffering from a strange flatulence issue - every time he passed gas it sounded like "Honda". In desperation, he visited a Japanese medicine man. Upon hearing the man's affliction, the medicine man told him to open his mouth. "Uh huh, is as I suspect - you have abscess!"

The man, relieved that a cure was in sight, asked the medicine man "An abscess can cause this to happen?"

"Of course!" replied the medicine man, "Everyone know abscess make fart go Honda!"

Ok I admit it, it was my Triumph which was heard all over Jerusalem! It was certainly loud enough to get a few complaints from the neighbors.
