I am having trouble posting pictures easily. Do I need to post the picture on the web first or is there a way to post (cut and copy) from my computer?

The "File Manager" link at the bottom of the posting form will allow you to post a picture from your computer, provided it meets the size criteria. Any larger file will need to be posted from a website, such as "Photobucket" or your own website. That can be accessed through the image icon (fourth from the left) in the tray above the area where you type your post.

As noted, file manager or a photo site are alternatives.

Another way to go (what I do)-- you may have some webspace available by virtue of the email service you have with an ISP.

If you have this, then you will need FTP software to transfer a pic to your space. I use 'Core FTP' which is a free download -- pretty easy setup and useful for all manner of stuff.
