There are plenty of free photo hosting sources on the internet. Here's one:

Do a Google search, and I'm sure you'll find dozens more. After you get your pictures uploaded, you should be able to post a link here for others to follow.
If you're needing to post just one or two pictures here, I believe you can somehow attach photos to your posts that can be viewed/downloaded (I just don't know how).
