Not only cheaper, but durable too. I once applied vinyl lettering to the doors of an older truck which was later involved in a T-bone accident. are you painting the stripe? FWIW I think I'm going with the "Couper" stripe (of the first link) but <span style="color: #FF0000">I'm going to look into vinyl.</span> (was talking to someone last night about the OPP going back to Black & White cruisers. Apparantly <span style="color: #FF0000">the doors are vinyl covered which is cheaper than paint</span>.)
