MGC Polyurethane bushings on MGC GT - Good or Bad idea

I"m replacing some of the suspension bushings in my MGC GT and am considering polyurethane bushings. My general reading on the subject shows some recommend their use for a road car, others do not. Anyone have experience with poly bushings on their cars, good or bad?

I use them on my MGs...I like the feel that they provide....not as "mushy".

Michael-
I can recommend polyurethane bushings, particularly when compared with the stock rubber bushings. Over the years I have found that the stock rubber bushings are nearly worn out after only 3 or 4 thousand miles, they're just not up to the task. The polyurethane bushings are a considerable improvement in every category. Just follow the instructions that come with the kits, lube them well and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.
