Man, Mickey - when I was living in Arkansas someone tried to get me to gnaw on some of that. Anything you have to cook THREE TIMES to keep from getting sick - it ain't worth eatin' man! LOL

My mom used to cook poke weed as a side for dinner. I hated it. She didn't put the bacon, onions or eggs in with it though. But after adding that, save yourself an hour and twenty minutes of cooking and just use spinach.
