Due to my shop and yard shrinking, and my need to do some traveling before getting some urgently needed medical care, I'm about to oil up my trusty sawzall and install an 18" blade. We're isolated here...but if transporting them is a problem, come...use my shop and tools, load the best, strip and leave the rest. Please call..I'll assist you..not my cars. My friend Fred passed and I'm helping his wife Jan dispose of these and tons of other stuff. CALL or PM me asap.

Boy Jack, if I was closer, I'd be there in a heart beat! I'm a pack rat when it comes to old MG parts. Sorry I can't help. PJ

Its okay...I have to spend a couple days in Roswell this week, come back and start separating all the stuff and get some pics. I've been lucky and sold(almost gave away) a couple of the Mercedes that my friend left when he passed. Also sold a couple of Sciroccos of mine to same people and some other stuff. Pile is dwindling...slowly. This week-end we're having a car show here so I'm taking my CGT, 911 and may drag the A coupe...call it a work in progress, people love buying stuff like that. Will also paste pics of the two Cs on a board and see what kind of response I get. After that.....

the mother ship?

Is that why you always get cool deals?

Just got back from Roswell late last night...no..no mother ship...but LOTS of cool cars in the yard. The man that runs the place..JW ...asked me to stay at his place as he's single, has a 2900 sq ft house and tons of room. He opened the garage to show me his toys..a new RX8, two new big Yamaha m/cs and a really nice 81 MB 380SLC(for sale by the way). Anyhow, we're separating buildable cars from the crusher and have the fence out front lined with dozens of classics. Its time consuming, hot and hard work...but worth it to save as many cars as we can. There was a 71 VW pop-top camper that has been parked for over ten years. Had to cut a tree down, air all the tires...they held, towed it to the patio work area they gave me as my shop, gas and a battery and I was driving!! I'm like an old kid in a candy store.

Oh...and they just towed a Zephyr out of the back and next we I'm bringing out a couple of Counsuls(sp??)

A Zephyr and some Consuls? Holy Zed Cars (ancient English TV cop show in which they drove those cars) batman!! I think the UFOs must have abducted some english bobbies.
