Thanks for the kind words guys, but looking back it really wasn't that hard guys. Took a fair amount of time, and of course a welder etc, but I posted this as encouragement for anyone else who has a similar job to do but hasn't jumped in yet.
Practice some, expect to do re-work on the first go around, measure twice, be nice to kids, dogs and older people to build up the karma bank, but <span style="font-weight: bold">you can do it.</span>
