Basil, do pictures from Photobucket (or similar) count as part of the accumulated amount of pics we are allowed? I am over my limit and while I will cull, if it does count, in the future I may go about pics differently.

No, only pictures you upload. But some providers won't allow hotlinking (try and and see if it works).
