Can anyone post a picture of the Clutch Slave Plumbing for Gerard's 210 Tranny Slave Cradle. Need to see how others have routed line to slave and the widgets used in between. Blue Max had a beautiful photo of how he is set up IIRC. Anyone else got a pic to share. Almost ready to pop this puppy into place.

I used a British brake line union and a 60" British brake line to route from the original line on the RH side around the front cross member and back to the slave cylinder. Don't have a picture of the whole routing, but here is a picture of the line going to the cylinder. Also be sure to just use a stud on the upper cylinder mounting bolt. I also ground the upper flange on the cylinder to make easier to remove and install with the trans in the car. Hope that helps.

Essentially Gerard's (though from his predecessor)... when I was doing the change to the 5 speed (some adjustments not done yet when I took one of these):
clutch slave 1 - prior to adjustment.jpg clutch slave 2 - with cradle.jpg tranny in tunnel -complete.jpg I used a flexible line to run to the termination of the original clutch hydraulic line (and left it is place).

Thanks Gary. I’m assuming you are using a remote bleeder setup
as well. I’m planning on just running a line from MC up over the top and take a left turn along DS of tranny tunnel. I have a coiled brake line pipe to run into front of slave cylinder. I’ll take advice on top bolt of slave. Although I think it is much accessible from the left side.

I do have a "custom" remote bleeder (another brake line and union). Still need to bleed from under the car, but a least I can reach the bleeder.

The clearance between the slave cylinder and the frame is very tight once installed in the car. I had to remove the cylinder at one point, and had to cut the head of the top bolt off to get it out.
