I've used Photobucket for years and had no problems, but for the past few months, every time I bring the program up, it flashes on the screen for about a second or two and then goes to a blank screen. In fact, when I went on the net to find a cure for the problem, the link pops up and then the screen goes blank. No other programs do this, just Photobucket. Anyone have these issues or a cure for the problem? PJ
 
I have no issues with the bucket. They did change to a new interface not long ago. You may have to turn Java script on in your browser. Here is a direct link to their troubleshooting page. Maybe that will work for you.
 
no problems here - but, whenever I have website issues I clean out my computer - and cache before I do anything - CCleaner is a nice piece of freeware for this. I am amazed how often this solves the issue
 
I continue to have problems with Photobucket. On three different computer.

I initially had the same issue that Paul had. I quit using PB for about two weeks (in frustration) and when I tried later, it worked.

Currently I am having a devil of a time uploading to the correct album (though I have carefully followed all the PB help guides).
With regards to this problem, PB says:
"Did your image not upload to the correct album? Sorry about this, its a problem we are fixing soon."

Not happy one bit about the "new" Photobucket.
 
Been problematic for me ever since I signed on. Still have an account, but don't do much with it, and haven't replaced it with anything else, as I haven't seen the need.
 
I really haven't a clue about some of these programs and their programmers. Every time they have a product that works and we get used to it, they have to IMPROVE IT! Crazy, why can't they just leave what they have alone when it's working as it should. I know Photobucket has lost a lot of supporters because of problems. A lot of other programs are being messed up as their trying to change them for touch screen and i phone users. Another issue is Windows 8! All 8 does is throw ads at you, aside the fact that a lot of our older programs don't work on 8. Sorry for the rant. To many, "improvements"! :rolleyes:PJ
