This is a test. This is a picture of a Toyota 4-pot caliper on a BJ8 stub axle.

Maybe it's VISTA, but I can't get the full-size feature to work... even when double-clicking the insert (so it won't be a thumbnail). Odd. I tried exactly as Basil's video showed. I can, though, insert a video properly.

Steve,

Looks like your upload worked. Nice Photo.

I don't see the problem? That's certainly not a thumbnail.
No, his is fine. Whenever I try it (when having just inserted an image), I can't double-click on it to get any options. There is a brief flash of something, but nothing otherwise happens. So I post anyway and get a thumbnail. Maybe it's Vista; it wouldn't be the first time it's done odd things. Inserting a full frame YouTube video works, but not a photo (for me).

I have got Vista over here, no problem with the foto upload

Dang. Wonder if it's Norton. Again, I can upload photos just fine but they always appear as thumbnails and not full-size (even after using the technique Basil describes in his video).

Hey, BTW, I have a "Sandbox" sub-forum under the "New Forum Discussions" forum where you can do all kinds of testing if you want.

So how come nobody's asked WHAT Toyota that swell looking caliper came off of (or am I the last to know...)?

Series, model and year, if known, please

I snuck in all my picture posting tests while the temporary Healey forum was running, so Basil deleted all my "garbage" for me ;)

FWIW - I found out Welch offers a disc brake adapter with 3.5" centers which will enable an older car to fit the larger brakes without the expense of the BJ8 swivel axles & hardware.
