Does any one know where I could purchase a set of Silverstones like in the picture?
Can they be purchased new? Any good re-productions?
(I already have a set of Superlites, but they are NOt
Silverstones!)

Nobody makes current replicas, to my knowledge. It's possible that Boyd Codington or Chip Foose's wheel builder would make them. If there was enough interest and enough people put up a down payment one of the two might consider making a run.
They would most likely have machines centers welded to the rim.

I actually had a solution to the missing faux knock-offs. My father is a professional restorer, and he and I talked about making a male/female adaptor (no jokes, please!) so that I could simply pick up some standard knock-offs and make an adaptor that would thread into the knock-offs on one end, use an industrial epoxy to hold it in place, and then have it thread into the wheel.

I have been writing to American Racing about the possibility of them making the Silverstones again and not even a reply. I just sent them another e-mail with this forum thread web address included. Maybe if they heard from more of us they might wake up and make these great wheels again.
