Peco header Q

Will a Peco header fit the stock exhaust aft of the headpipe?
TIA.

As I recall with the last one I did, it fits....but you understand I hope that the improvement may not be noticeable - especially compared to the price!

I've always been under the impression that the factory exhaust manifold was quite sufficient for street MGs....I would recommend "sprucing" one of them up and perhaps using JetHot rather than spending the money on a header system.

FWIW - YOMV

Thanks,
My headpipe and header have rusted themselves together, the studs managed to crumble away into nothing and the flanges are bent; so I was really looking for a substitute that went all the way down as a one piece.
It would be worth sprucing if there would be something left at the end, but I'm afraid it's too far gone.

Probably still cheaper and more effective in the long run to buy a used factory manifold (Tony or other members probably have one!) than go the Peco Route.

Again....FWIW-YOMV

I guess the original question is now moot, I'm going to get the whole Peco system.
Thanks guys.
