Just a reminder for those in the Great Pacific Northwest that the Portland Auto Jumble is Sunday Morning at Montgomery Park. Sponsored by the MG-T club, this is the first "outing" of the year and a chance to catch up with people from the community as well as perhaps find the parts you've been looking for.

I'll be there, as well my friend/neighbor Roger. I'll be in the Frogeye and he'll be in his MG-TB. I'll be looking for your newly refurbished Sprite.
I don't know if Pete will be there.

Wish I could come, but I've been sick for about 5 days with some sort of a cold. Yech.
You guys will have to have all the fun!

Went to the Auto Jumble. Saw Mark / "Boink", Bill L / "Pythias" and Roger / MU (moniker unknown), saw some very nice cars, and ate my first banger of the season. A very nice way to spend a Sunday morning.

Bill, your links are not working.
Can you get a picasa account? Aren't they still free?
Here's the message:

Try it now...If it still doesn't work, I'll go to the next stage.....

Missed you, Bill.
Didn't see anything I wanted, but did see a REAL 1927 Bugatti! Also saw Peter Martin (of "Sports Car Market" magazine and "What's My Car Worth" TV fame).

Went to the Jumble and got what I was looking for. .. A valve cover on which to put the breather. .. The engine builder had it on the valve cover that shipped with the engine, but it became damaged before I got the car back .... anyway I picked up another on which I have remounted it...

Now that's a deal! Well, if it blows up, let me know. :excitement:
Actually, now that I remember mine, it lacks those little tangs that keep the gasket from wondering in... which can be an annoying program when you tighten those down. Some came with welded tabs that prevented that.
