Thanks for the welcome to this forum.

I am in need of some help locating a dash mirror.
We know there are many repro of this, all of which grip the glass differently than the original. I have seen this identified as one for a BN1, BJ8 or a 100-4....

This is the repro...

Can anyone help with this part... or a source that I might pursue?

Thanks much
Ron

Never seen a mirror like that before on a Healey. The stem is close enough, but then stems like that are used on MG's and are a Lucas part number.

Ron - this is just sympathy, no help. Triumphs have a similar issue in that early TR3s had a frameless mirror (bare edges) and late TR3s a mirror with an edge surround. Only the latter is supplied as a repro. The frame was probably an 'improvement' as the frameless mirrors (like mine) tend to lose some of the silver around the edges.

I see you have an AC... is this the car you are looking for the mirror for? I'll have a look at a local AC (59 Ace) and see what he has on there.
