Isn't that the one that is modled after the 39 SS100? One of the sexiest Jags ever (if only I could afford the $100k plus price tag for a real SS.

Yes, that's the replica of the sexy '39 SS-100. But, as they say, love cost money.
So...does anyone have any information as to the Panther/Jaguar's reputation? I don't want my heart and wallet broken.
 
I am considering a Panther/Jaguar, 4.2, open two seater, 14,000 miles, touted as in great shape.

Do any of you 270 plus members out there have any knowledge of this model, some 300 built in England between 1972-80. A dog, a treasure, a labor of love...???
