TR2/3/3A Panel lights?

Are these panel light bulbs in "series" like the old Xmas tree lights so that if one bulb goes out they all go out?

No. If one is out the remainder should work unless there is another problem. I'm no electrical expert, but would suspect a ground problem or loose wire at switch if none are working.
