It would look just like it is being washed. You could use a semi gloss clear to shine it up a bit. All you would need to do is hit it lightly w/ 400 or 600 and spray. 600 would make it a bit shineyer. I'm sure it's just gonna stay as-is though. I don't mind painting. It's the sanding thast kills me.
