Looks Great Rick ! That BE clip looks good.

Rick,

If you change the position on the diagonal bracing on the back of the clip you'll be able to pull in the bottom of the right wing. Otherwise looking great. Bugsy's glad to see another SWA Spridget with a BE Bonnet.

Please tell me more, it was way out and I've brought it in a bit but it could be better.

There is a brace on the inside that can adjust that.

If all else fails bend it a bit.

I added adjustable links I can tighten, but maybe I neet to mount them differently. It had a lot of "wing" out as in more than 2 inches on each side.
They are a lot closer now but not perfect.

I just picked up enough rattle cans to paint it the same green as the boot lid, it's the Dupli-Color Leaf Green.

Now I need a rain-less day...

Progress...

I got some color sprayed on, after a week of curing I'll wet sand and touch up and then apply clear coat.
It's going to be a decent 25 footer anyway.

You have inspired me sir to move forward with my own painting project! (and to lay hands on a Bugeye bonnet!)

That sir is some kind of green for sure.
