Painting front hubs

I've cleaned up the front hubs and am wondering what bits get painted on them, if any. These are hubs for disc brakes, disc wheels (from a '74 Midget). Looks like just the outer bit where the studs go in, and not the outside of the shaft.

Words of wisdom?

I paint mine black, lately I have been powder coating them black, just don't paint the face of the rotors where the brakes ride.

I painted mine a cast aluminum colour

Use a high heat engine type paint if you're doing rattle can, the rotors transmit a fair amount of heat to the hubs.

I've got some of the cast aluminum high heat paint around, so I'll use that. Can't see the hubs anyways, so the color choice is not that critical.
