Hi KBash,Not to side step the issue.But, the techniqes used to repair paint damage vary considerably and are primarily contingent upon the area, location of the damage and the type of paint. There are several restoration and painting type books available that detail the various methods that are used in the trade.--Fwiw---Keoke
