Along with the new wiring harness I'm also fitting new brake lines. I know there are varying sizes to p-clips that hold both items in place. I need to order all new p-clips, but I don't know what sizes or how many to order. Does anyone have that information?

No clue as to what you are calling a P clip. I have gotten the stainless clips for the firewall hyd lines, 4 each and a batch of the clips for the wireing harness.

Are P clips for the hyd lines that stick in a hole in the frame/body then the hyd line clips to that?
