Hello! Long term British car fanatic here, but it is the acquisition of my first TVR that made me realize I should join this forum.

I recently purchased the TVR 2500 (Vixen) "hybrid" M-chassis car 2376T that was sold on BaT about 6 years ago. I've no idea what I'm going to do with it yet, or if I will even hold on to it. In the early "assessment" phase of ownership! For example, coming from a Lotus Elan, the TVR needs the quicker steering rack!

The TVR joins the aforementioned longer-term Lotus Elan S3 coupe driver (that really is starting to need some attention), a Lotus Europa full restorage restoration underway but in early stages, a Jaguar XJ12 series 2 that I own because I can't help myself but will soon be ready for a BaT sale, and various friends' cars that are lined up to come to my little home garage for one thing for another including, current, and MGTC, Triumph TR7 Sprint, Land Rover series 1 107, Austin Healey 3000, and so on.

Over the years I've had lots of the inexpensive British stuff such as Spridgets, Triumph GT6 (and even a Bond Equipe!), other Jaguars, MGB GT, and so on.
I'm "GigPete" on BaT and on YouTube, located in Washington State, and orginally come from BC, Canada, to where I return frequently.

Peter
