Overdrive

We just pull the solenoid back out and made sure it was making the piston move up, it seems to do that so it must be in right. Does the pressure in the OD system make the piston move back when the power to solenoid is turned off?
 
It only works one way...end with little ball up inside should be out - & it is electrically actuated
