Outta Triumphs....But not for good!

Well, I just took a deposit on my TR6...The new owner is real excited about his new project, and I am happy to have another car outta my way....I must say I really enjoyed the TR even if I only had it a short time, in that time I drove the you know what out of it and it has sparked in interest for me in Triumph's. This particular 6 needed a little more than I could give it in order to get it to a condition where it would be up to my 'keeper' standards but I'd always love another one(especially in white). This is the second car I've sold in the last month so now I'll have the time I need to concentrate on the cars that I've been neglecting.

Not that I need another car(read: problem) but there is a spitfire advertised locally so...maybe....just maybe I'll be continuing as a Triumph owner once again in the near future.

Its addictive.... and I still covet another Spitfire, maybe once the Healey's done... I keep telling myself getting one before would be too much of a distraction.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Oh I know I'll be back...Question is how soon? I just missed a nice TR4 for $3500 by a few hours....and on my way home from a cruise night I spotted a beautiful TR6(would make my brown one look like junk) sitting off the side of some guys driveway...He's interested in selling(just bought a new Vette) so I left my number and I am pretty optomistic about hearing from him....Also at the cruise night someone had a purple TR6 for sale, good price and nicely restored....So I think I'll at least make an offer on that......It never rains but it pours!
