A warm sunny day to hang out and let stuff dry. Painting and PORing!

Your neighbors must think you have strange laundry /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

If your average Joe car guy did what Janel is doing (painting on a patio table, hanging car parts from the clothesline/swing set), he would absolutely get his rear end chewed by the missus.

Solution: if you're the aforementioned average Joe car guy, find a woman with Janel's mindset and marry her this instant! :p

Dishwashers come in darned handy for cleaning bits too!

I thought I would give that a try too. But..

How do you stop them from flopping around in the cloths drier?

It makes quite the noise. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gif

That's easy Paul. Just toss a bunch of Mary's work clothes in the dryer for padding and sound muffling.

I was thinking about POR'ing the rustable parts before I start reassembling the car but I had one concern. Does POR'ing/painting all the bits and peices give any significant increase in weight?

She can come stay at my house.

weeds gone unchecked, me thinks, or maybe 'natural wild vegetation' /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

Weeds. And did you notice the poor neglect of my garden? By now I'd have lettuce and onions and spinach about ready to eat!

POR isn't much 'thicker' than paint. I can't imagine that it would cause any significant weight issues. It wasn't a concern for us.

POR may well add a bit of weight, but IMHO it'd be a fair price to pay for NOT losing weight to the mutant metal eating termites.

Very nice, birdie. Well done. You can plant veggies NEXT season.

Be careful that no pervert climbs over your fence to "sniff your gas tank"!

I'm impressed but then I like parts. Hehe.
