I'd like to welcome our first official supporting vendor; Dave Anton and American Shine Car Care Products!

It remains to be seen how well this supporting vendor idea is going to work out, but I'm hopeful enough vendors will want to jump on board so that the British Car Forum will be able to sustain itself and grow in the future.

Also, if you go to our "vendors" page, you will see a list of supporting vendors as well as any affiliates I have signed up with. For example, I have signed up as an affiliate of Tire Rack dot com. So, if you are in need of tires, wheel or suspension parts, not just for your British cars, but far any of your cars, please consider Tire Rack. If you make a purchase and you got there from our Tire Rack link, we will receive a small percentage of the proceeds. While I can't make any warrenties myself with respect to Tire Rack, I can honestly say that I've used them several times and so far have always been more than satisfied.

But once again, welcome to Americanshine - I hope you all will consider supporting our supporting vendors!

Thanks,
Basil

Hello TO Everyone in the Forum!
I would like to introduce myself and include my complete line of car products for your auto's.

First, I have been a eunthsiast since my dad clobbered me with a wrench, then it was off to the races! I have always had a "HOT CAR" and love the variety of having multiple cars. I have been professionally detailing cars for the past 27 years and still keep up the craft. I have never considered myself janitor for a car like the carwash and their detail dept., but a custom auto detailer. I have done everything from 1929 Cad Phaetons (That was $5K detail ) to a Yugo. Did you know that in order to double the resale value of a Yugo, all you have to do is fill the tank with gas? While as a detailer, never happy with the blends of compounds, I always was mixing up my own concoction to satisfy the level of paint on the vehicle. One car that we recently completed for a XMAS Shoot was 1954 Chevy Belair with original Green paint. Seven other shops rejected the job, it came out like a GEM when I was done.

I started blending up my own formulas because of my dissatisfaction with everything I was buying out there, Starting with the wax. I live up in the Mojave Desert, and have a Black 66 Chevelle, and it took off from there. We sell from Key West Florida to Taipei, Taiwan.

This year we are debuting our Stage 1, LA RUFF CUT, which is our Super Duty Compound, compared any of the other "super cuts" ours tends to stay wetter longer and is easier to use. We are also coming out with Stage II, LA FINE CUT whis is out Scratch & Swirl remover. Both can be used by hand or machine.

I do not want to be long winded here, as I want to go out and enjoy one of my LBC's. Anyone who puts through a order and identifies themsemlves as a forum reader will get a FREE Microfiber towel with their order! We also have distributorships available.

Feel free to email me with any questions, have yerself a great day and thanks for your time.
