Original Material Top Replacement - '64 XKE

This is my first post on this forum. I have a 1964 XKE and my wife has a 1961 TR3A. Needless to say, we like British Automobiles.

I am in the process of getting the '64 back on the road and in need of a top - does anyone have any supplier preferences and has anyone tackled the installation on their own. I installed the TR's top but it was vinyl and quite different from the Jag.

Thanks, Jack

My recommendation would be Classic Jaguar in Austin Texas. They don't sell anything but the best quality of everything. Plus, you will NOT find any better service on the planet.

Basil

PS: The proper install is bet left to a professional. It is not as straight forward on an EType as, say, installing the top on a Spitfire.
