Original Lucas Points

My Bj8 came with a petronix ignitor instead of points, and I'd like to convert it back to points to both learn how to set the points as original and also then keep the points as spares in the trunk. Given All the talk in the Ignition Manifesto thread about the poor quality of modern replacements, Instead of buying from Moss I was hoping to pick up Lucas NOS on EBay.

Does anyone know the original part numbers for the Lucas condenser and replacement points plate for my 25D6? There seems to me a bunch of different points plates available.

FYI - Jeff Schlemmer at Advanced Distributors sells tested condensers. Moss has QC issues with theirs which are not yet solved.
6 cyl condensers for Lucas are all the same - you can look them up on Moss and see the PNs are identical for all 6cyl Brit cars except those with Delco distributors. Suggest also looking up points on Moss to see if they're all the same before buying on ebay.

You also are going to need a new mounting plate because in order to mount the Pertronix you have to modify the existing plate. Might be a good idea anyway to have the points mounted and all ready to go on when the Pertronix fails. You'll also have to replace the condenser and have a spare ignition wire to connect to the coil.

Please clarify - I didn't have to modify my breaker plate to accommodate the Pertronix unit.
