Orange RB Midget seen in Raleigh today

Saw a nice clean rubber-bumper Midget, orange in colour, on the I440 Beltline in Raleigh this morning. Does it belong to anyone on BCF? I was the white JCW MINI that honked as I went past.

I hope he was able to avoid the torrential rainstorm that was passing through north Raleigh at that time.

The JCW is the factory-built MINI John Cooper Works, new this last fall for the 2009 model year, which is a step up from the MINI Cooper S. Basically they install a whole bunch of the John Cooper add-ons in the factory, rather than making you install them after-market.

Official stats are 208bhp, 145mph, 0-60 in 6.5sec, but most people who have driven one say that is conservative, more like 215bhp and under 6 seconds to 60! By comparison the Cooper is 118bhp and 126mph, and the Cooper S is 172bhp and 139mph.
