Ooookay, wish us luck.

Yea. I'm thinkin' that when those guys get a car that has a good chance of failing, they go ahead and run it on the dyno to make sure it's good and hot, or, "preconditioned" as they say, so that it has the absloute best chance of passing the first time.
It's not a dyno test, just a preperation for the idle test.
I'm just glad she passed.
