All shopping done, gifts wrapped and under the tree.

What is this "shopping" you speak of?

The Internet made that obsolete, did it not?

I'm with Doc, I started placing orders a month or so ago. I only had to run to town for candy and such for stockings and to get a couple of prints framed. Things will go into Braum's bags this evening and get placed under the tree.

Now that it's all over, I start watching for things about July and try to be done with everyone by the end of October. I like to reach the holiday season and if I go out somewhere it's because I want to, not because I need to. Much less holiday stress.

Went to my sister's today - she lives an hour west of us in Guelph. You take the 401 which is the same as an interstate highway - took us 2 hours to get the ONLY because of the traffic jams caused at the outlet mall half way inbetween - again, note these are delays on the highway simply of people waiting to get off to get to the mall - which is already full and has no parking and it was -10 C and it is an outdoor mall.

That is more crazy than I can express in one post!

That's my idea of a great time -
go out in freezing weather,be with a huge crowd,
fight traffic,& spend money on more "stuff".
