Finally - the passenger seat for the TR8 is finished. Not "perfect" but it'll do!

I may be goofy, but I like the plaid inserts used in the TR7/8 interiors.

Pleased to meet ya, Goofy! I'm Mickey! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I thought a lot about changing to plain tan rather than the plaid, but guess I'm stuck in the 70's somehow. The plaid does make the interior more interesting.

Gonna start on the driver's seat today....

I, too, find the plaid seats of the 70s very appealing. How tough was it to find that cloth, Mickey, and is it the original pattern? Sure looks it.

How many of you remember the "bleeding Madras" of the 60s?

Bill

Covers are available in kit form from many of the major sources. They look just like the old ones (only much newer and brighter!).

Yeah, I remember Madras - had several shirts, a pair of slacks, and a sport coat. Never wore them all at the same time, though! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif They weren't cool unless they had bled a bit.
