Here are a few pics of the 63 I got from the estate sale at Tonys place. I am making progress with the rebuild. I still need to locate a red loop carpet set. I should be ready to ride at the end of February. I will get proper pics showing the color when I get it back on the ground. Bob

So, Bob, my car and how much? Looks nice, hope to see it soon.
Harry

Tony'd be happy, no doubt!

We need to coordinate a trip to AL when it's done, so Jerri and Shannon can see 'em!

Looks awesome! Try Stock Interiors stockinteriors.com They sell loop carpet sets.

I bought a set of Carroll Shelby rime from Tony that I'm thinking of selling. Came off a SAAB but fit a MG & Triumph

Bob, nice car, nice wheels  tell us about the engine, tranny and such, you going 5 main, 3 main? Love the color, sometimes digital pics play games on your eyes, it is burguindy right ?

Very nice as usual, Bob. I figured Hap would like the wheels. :encouragement:

The car is a dark blood red. Engine is a 5 main with a 3 syncro overdrive. VTO LeMans Wheels set it off perfect! I would also like a set of the silver GC360 wheels for it but that will have to wait. Bob

I am on the road! I still have the top to fit. I am attempting to attach pics. Bob

I have seen the car, before the top was on, and the photos don't do it justice. It is really stunning. That "dark blood red" is something!

Nice work Bob!

Love the color!

Nice job as usual Bob. I've been thinking about repainting the Midget, but want to be careful about how much money I get tied up in it.

Good morning Dave,
Your Midget looked like a nice driver when I saw it last. I looked at a side curtain Midget like yours a few weeks ago. Needs body work but he said engine and trans were built. I tried to get in it and know its not for me! I purchased a TR3a that should be here next week. Just to change the scenery here a bit. Take care!
Bob

Seeing this thread reminded me of the time I visited Tony at his home for the first time while I was in Huntsville on business in 2003. I had a low-end Epson camera and managed a few snaps of some of Tony's toys. (Click on images to enlarge)

Thanks Bob, that's another reason I may not paint it. It's not original paint but it was done many years ago. You just don't see them like that around here. The TR3a sounds cool, I still regret not buying the one you had up here years ago.
