One of Shatner's co-astronauts dies in plane crash

This is unfortunate. Glen de Vries, one of the people who went into space with William Shatner, apparently has died in a small plane crash.

Glen de Vries had been aboard Blue Origin's New Shepard spacecraft on 13 October, spending more than 10 minutes in space after launching along with Shatner and others.

Along with an instructor the news said. Have to admit, my first thought was had he worn a red shirt when flying with Shatner.
