Can anyone confirm that these cross listings for a 1974 TR6 fan belt as actually correct?

I bet the Porsche 928 listing has a dipped in gold price tag if you were buy it by name rather than cross reference.

Well Tom, by looking at all of those old Ford listings, it must fit their straight 6 cylinder, less any P/S or A/C.

Hi Paul - interesting list eh If it is correct it means that if someone get stranded (is decided to be productive on a Sunday night) they have a better chance of waling into a local auto parts place and getting what they need.

I think I'm going to bring my old belt down and compare it to the Toyota listings here.

Tom,

The good thing is that they are so cheap that no one should be driving around without a spare.

I've had problems getting fan belts for one of my wedges because the parts stores try to sell me belts of the correct length but too wide for the sheaves in the pulleys. I finally resorted to going to the gates website and finding oem#'s with the dimensions that I want then giving the clerk the gates number of the belt that I want. Even then you have to watch them they try to read the last four number of the belts and you can still end up with a belt that is too wide for the sheaves.
