Yep- it was a LaJolla case where the wife of a (now dead) Porsche driver successfully sued Porsche for selling him a "race car" without properly telling him about its potential for speed!

Well of course it was Porsche's fault Bill as it couldn't have possibly been his. He was far too fabulous for it to have been his fault. :rolleyes:


Reminds me a lot of a guy I once knew. No matter what, he was NEVER in the wrong.
