Louisville Salvage Corps was one of several groups employed by an insurance company to work with the fire department and "save what you can".

Can anyone identify the make/model of truck? Year is around 1910.

Atterbury? Hard to say without seeing more of it. The hub caps usually have a logo on them, but being an old photo it's hard to make out anything. Not an Acme, as grand pop had one of those, a 1918 on the farm. His was an old beer barrel carrier. Looked like this, but his was all painted up yellow with tons of Red pin striping on it. Beer companys liked the Acme, as it could carry a bigger load than most trucks of the day. I remember as a kid riding in it. PJ

I'm thinking Stoddard-Dayton. Note the upturned fenders. And the 14 spoke rear wheels probably mean the 40/50 hp engine, 1909-1910.
