Hey fellows, My TF was bought in Alabama which is a title state, but didn't become one until 1975, any car older than 1975 can not be titled in Alabama and is registered with a bill of sale, which is what I have for my car. Question, what is the procedure to register it in Oklahoma, a title state, anything special? PJ?

It was no problem way back when I got the Prefect although I did have to go to the capitol to do it, easier for me since I live in OKC. With an Alabama B-O-S, it should work but you may have to go to a DMV office instead of just any tag agent. Paul, I just checked with a couple of local tag agents and finally got what sounds all right. The second lady checked with her supervisor and came back with this. "You will need a notarized bill of sale and the last Alabama registration and the tag agent should be able to handle it for you." The first one said "bring whatever paperwork you have and the car and we'll see what we can do."

Paul,
you are in good shape! All you have to give them is my notarized bill of sale and the AL tag receipt. Any paperwork from Cleve work as well. I have another TF if you want to have twins
