I went on a road trip in a mostly stock Pantera, not the most comfy car on the road. The engine is situated literally about one foot from your head and very loud.
In fact, I was compelled to wear foam ear plugs for the trip from Roanoke to Summit Point raceway, about a 2 hour or so drive.
The car's perfomance was excellent. It handled very well and of course was very fast. Ride was a bit harsh, but not too bad.
Loudest stock production car I ever saw. Not for the uninitiated.
