OK got the "parts car" home
Its not a 78, its a 76. I checked the plate on the door. The diff is still in it but I don't know the ratio, probably not the good one. I got 2 sets of rubber bumpers with it but all the chrome is gone. The gauges are still in the dash. Couple trunk lids, neither in very bad shape. The hood is actually in better shape than the one on my 71 with no major rust or filler. One spare fender plus the ones on the car. The seats came with it but in very rough shape. The tub has rust but no holes in the floor, but full of sand?? Lots of surface rust on the car but not so much real through rot. Hmmmn. I covered it with a tarp for now and will wait and see what ideas come to me. The steering and brakes is all there and the E-brake still works. No lights or grill or anything. I should take a pic. Got 4 solid later style rostyles. Plus lots of other spitfidget stuff in the trunk. He is going to give me the motor later on. I have wasted enough time on this car for now. Back to getting my 71 ready to get on the road.
